## Response Times

<Check>
  **All support emails get a response within 24 hours** (usually much faster!). Most emails get responses within 2-4 hours during business hours. We're bootstrapped founders who prioritize customer support.

## Global Support 🌍

We're a small team spread across timezones—Jonathan's in Ireland, Justin's in Florida. Between us, we've got good coverage, but we know we can't be everywhere at once.

If you're in a timezone we don't cover well (hey Australia, hey Asia-Pacific 👋), just email us anyway. We'll get back to you as fast as humanly possible. Include your timezone in the email if it helps—we'll work around it.
