The Auto-Copy to Clipboard feature in Cleft allows you to instantly copy note information after creating a new note. This feature streamlines your workflow by making it easy to share or use your note content in other applications immediately after creation.

How to use Auto-Copy to Clipboard

  1. Open the Cleft app

  2. Go to Settings > General

  3. Look for "Auto-copy to Clipboard" and select your preferred option

Available options

  • Copy the note link

  • Copy the note in markdown format

  • Copy the note in plaintext format

  • Copy both the link and markdown

  • Copy a password-protected link (Plus feature)

How it works

After creating a new note, Cleft will automatically copy your selected information to your device's clipboard based on your settings.
