- Reinstall (your notes are safe โ they sync back when you sign in)

- Verify internet connection (needed for AI processing, not transcription)
- Try a short test recording
- Make sure youโre within time limits (5 min free, 30 min Plus)

- Transcription is local โ audio is processed on your device using Whisper. No audio leaves your device.
- Text processing โ only the transcribed text is sent to AI for formatting. Never your audio.
