The Audio Player in Cleft allows you to listen back to your recorded notes, providing a convenient way to review your thoughts and ideas in their original spoken form.
Open a note that has an audio recording.
Look for the play button, usually located near the top of the note.
Press the play button to start listening to the recording.
The Audio Player provides several controls to enhance your listening experience:
Play/Pause: Toggle between playing and pausing the audio.
Skip forward/backward: Use the slider or click on a specific point in the timeline to jump to different parts of the recording.
Playback speed: Choose between 1x, 1.5x, or 2x speed to listen at your preferred pace.
Review your original thoughts: Hear your ideas exactly as you expressed them.
Catch nuances: Pick up on tone and emphasis that might not be apparent in the transcribed text.
Multitask: Listen to your notes while doing other tasks, like commuting or exercising.
Use the variable playback speed to quickly review longer recordings.
Combine listening with reading the transcription for a more comprehensive review.
Use the skip feature to focus on specific parts of longer recordings.
The Audio Player is available for all notes that were created using voice input. Text-only notes will not have an associated audio recording.
By utilizing the Audio Player feature in Cleft, you can enhance your note review process and ensure you capture the full context and meaning of your recorded thoughts.
