Cleft offers several trigger events you can use to start your automated workflows:

Note Updated: Triggers when you modify an existing note
Tags Updated: Fires when you add or remove tags from a note
Comment Added: Activates when someone adds a comment or reply
Here are some powerful ways to use Cleft with Zapier:
The Zapier integration is a Plus feature. Upgrade to Cleft Plus to access this and other advanced features.
Create automated workflows to send new Cleft notes directly to your task management system. This ensures important information is automatically captured in your preferred productivity tool.
Set up Zaps that automatically add tags to your notes based on their content. This helps maintain consistent organization across your note collection.
Configure notifications in Slack or other messaging platforms to alert team members when important notes are created or updated. This keeps everyone in the loop without manual updates.
Leverage tag-based triggers with Zapier Filters to create sophisticated workflows. For example, notes with specific tags can trigger different actions in different tools.
Automate the process of uploading audio recordings and other content to project management tools like Asana or Trello, keeping all your project assets organized.
