Sharing Notes using Share-Sheet

To share your notes:

• Press the share button

• This will open a list of apps and options you can share to, on Mac and iOS.

Please note, there is a lot more functionality enabled using Shortcuts for iOS.

Copy Note Text

The copy button enables you to duplicate the content from your note or transcript to your clipboard.

You can choose to copy the text in markdown or in plain text.

Please note at this time you cannot copy the formatted rich text. This will be coming soon in an update.

Copying text allows for easy transfer to other platforms such as but not limited to:

• Apple Notes

• Whatsapp

• Notion

• Slack

• Gmail

• Microsoft Word

• Teams

• Google Docs

• Figma

• Ulysses

• and other apps in your workflow.

Download audio

Save the audio file for your original voice memo from the share sheet on your Mac or iOS by pressing the share button.
