Shhhh! This is how to create notes in Silent Mode for when you can't speak

On iOS press and hold the orange "➕" button to select new text note

On MacOS press ⌘ + T on your keyboard or select "new voice note". Press ⌘ + ⏎ to finish your note

On iPadOS press and hold the orange "➕" button to select new text note
