Setup account

1. Enter your email

2. Open your email client to get your one-time authentication code

3. Enter code in Cleft

Add your custom instructions

Tell Cleft how you’d like your notes to sound on each of your devices. When speaking with Cleft, be conversational and use full sentences.

You may access custom instructions in the settings panel, or by pressing ⌘ + . on Mac.

Sample Custom Instructions

Write my notes in a casual tone. 
Avoid using superfluous language.
Write more paragraphs & less bullets.

Do not use adverbs.
Keep sentences very short.
Avoid complex and compound sentence structures.
Always provide a one-sentence summary at the top of the note.

Use more prose and less bullets.
Make the note sound fun and lighthearted.
