Basic settings
1. Login at startup - you may choose to have Cleft startup at login
2. Theme You may select light, dark or match system
3. Transcription Language: You may select your preferred language. If you are multi-lingual, you may you select "auto-detect" to switch languages. Cleft supports
Auto-detect output is based on the language you start speaking in.
