Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Settings

Navigate to Settings in Cleft by clicking the gear icon ⚙️ or pressing ⌘ + ,

Manage Subscription

Look for the “Manage Subscription” section in your account settings

Upgrade Subscription

Select “Upgrade Subscription” to view available plans

Restore Purchases

Click “Restore Purchases” to reactivate your existing subscription

Common Scenarios

If you’ve just got a new device:
  1. Install Cleft from the App Store
  2. Sign in with your email
  3. Follow the restore steps above
If you’ve reinstalled Cleft:
  1. Sign in with your original email
  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription
  3. Click “Restore Purchases”
If your Plus features suddenly disappeared:
  1. Check your subscription status in Settings
  2. Verify your login email matches your subscription
  3. Use “Restore Purchases” to reactivate
If your subscription didn’t auto-renew:
  1. Check your payment method is up to date
  2. Verify subscription status in App Store
  3. Use “Restore Purchases” in Cleft

Still Can't Access Plus?

  • Verify you’re signed in with the correct email
  • Check App Store subscription status
  • Ensure payment method is valid
  • Try signing out and back in
