How they fit together

Most integrations fall into one of three patterns:
  • Native. Built into Cleft. Apple Notes, Apple Reminders, Notion auto-send, and Local Sync (Obsidian / NotePlan / Drafts). One-tap setup, no extra tools.
  • Apple Shortcuts. Recipes that call Cleft via URL scheme or Share Sheet, then hand off to a target app. Works on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
  • Zapier. For tools without a native or Shortcut path. Tag a note tasks, and the Zap pushes checkboxes to your task manager. See Cleft Task Zaps for the full collection.
If you’re not sure where to start, the Apple apps are the quickest, and Local Sync is the most flexible.
