All support emails get a response within 24 hours (usually much faster!). Most emails get responses within 2-4 hours during business hours. We’re bootstrapped founders who prioritize customer support.

We’re a small team spread across timezones—Jonathan’s in Ireland, Justin’s in Florida. Between us, we’ve got good coverage, but we know we can’t be everywhere at once.
