The fastest option. Tap the Share button and choose:
  • Copy Plain Text — Clean text, works everywhere
  • Copy Markdown — Preserves headers, lists, and formatting

Use the system share sheet to send a note to any app:
  1. Tap the Share button
  2. Choose Share
  3. Pick your destination (Messages, Mail, Notes, etc.)

Download the original M4A audio file from any voice note. Open the note and tap the download button to save it to your device.
