When building a Zap, you can automate based on:
  • Note Created - Every time you save a new note
  • Note Updated - When you edit an existing note
  • Tags Updated - When you add or change tags
  • Comment Added - When someone comments on a note

Custom Zaps

Don’t see a recipe that fits? Build your own:
  1. Visit zapier.com/apps/cleft
  2. Select your trigger (Note Created, Tags Updated, etc.)
  3. Choose an action from any of 8,873 apps
  4. Configure your Zap and turn it on

Troubleshooting

  1. Verify you created an API key in Cleft Settings
  2. Make sure your Cleft Plus subscription is active
  3. Check that the Zap is turned ON in your Zapier account
  4. Try reconnecting your Cleft account in Zapier
  1. Verify the target app (Todoist, Jira, etc.) is properly authenticated in Zapier
  2. Check that required fields are mapped correctly in your Zap
  3. Test your Zap from Zapier’s interface to see any error messages
  4. Ensure your Cleft data matches what the target app expects
